Club rules
JShare is a private sharing arrangement, not a rental company. Members book the JShare Club car, treat it carefully, and log kilometres after each drive.
You register with your full name, email, phone and password. Admins assign price groups, may reset passwords, promote admins, and can suspend accounts. Do not share your password.
A confirmed booking gives exclusive use for that slot. A charge/handover buffer after each trip is reserved automatically. Admins may lock the car for service.
After driving you record km and any ride extras (washer fluid, parking, a wash). Admins close a billing interval and apply the CHF/km rate of your assigned group plus those extras. Rates can change; issued invoices keep the snapshotted figures.
Invoices are issued in CHF for settlement with the operator. The app does not collect card payments. Private cost sharing among members — no VAT.
These club rules are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern, Canton of Bern, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
