Full name, email, phone number, password hash, group membership, account status, bookings, kilometres, invoices, consent timestamps, first-login tour preference, Jegenstorf quiz answers and scores, and security audit events. We do not collect precise GPS, payment cards, or special-category data.
Membership contract (account, booking and km logs), legal obligation (Swiss commercial retention of invoices, typically 10 years), and legitimate interest (login rate limits and admin audit). The session cookie is strictly necessary. A language cookie remembers English or German on this device.
On the operator’s hosting in Switzerland or the EEA. There are no advertising or analytics vendors. If we add a processor later, this policy will be updated before any transfer.
